I taught myself PHP and MySQL by reading documentation, studying examples online, and practicing. I was determined to develop a web application, and I knew that learning these programming languages would be essential. I started by learning the basics of PHP, such as variables, functions, and control structures. Then, I moved on to more advanced concepts like object-oriented programming and interacting with a MySQL database.
With my new skills, I was able to develop a web application for managing an educational institute. This application includes features such as student and teacher management, payment tracking, branch management, map integration, exam control, and even generates PDF documents with unique QR code embedded for each document. The application is also modularized which makes it easy to add new features and maintain the existing ones.
I am proud of what I have accomplished and I am excited to continue developing my skills. The experience of teaching myself PHP and MySQL has been very rewarding and now I can see the fruits of my labor in the form of a functional and useful application. I believe that this experience will be helpful for my future projects and I am looking forward to see what else I can create with my new knowledge.
This ERP uses Bootstrap framework, Ajax and FPDF.
For security reason, I can’t provide access to it. 😊
